Many clients choose to train in their own homes or garden but we also make use of local public parks, beaches, & woodlands. Every individual is different; the training location is a personal choice and down to your individual needs. Session location will be discussed during a One 2 One Initial Consultation; this can also be changed at any time when required by the client.
We train our clients across the vast majority of Moray including the following areas:
Forres, Kinloss, Burghead, Findhorn, Hopeman, Elgin, Lossiemouth, Lhanbryde, Mosstodloch, Fochabers, Keith, Portgordon, Buckie, Findochty, Portnockie, & Cullen
*please note a £5 surcharge applies to those living east of Elgin - applies to single sessions only*
These are done primarily for safety reasons and gathering information to allow our trainer to build a personalised exercise programme which includes;
